Custom Databases
The following are a sampling of some of the custom databases that DocuMagic has created for the Oil and Gas sector.
SiteView
Working with Peloton's SiteView, DocuMagic works with the business groups to determine the data requirements and process flow of each group, and then configures the SiteView application to meet the needs of all groups using it. This includes:
- UDL configuration, Security, Report and Query creation
- Administration (including adding new sites and jobs), documentation and user training
- Creating automated process to facilitate waste and water tracking and reporting
- Creating new reports and processes as necessary to accommodate changing needs for each group, including Project Controls reports and Corporate Waste and Water reports (reporting through SiteView, Excel, Crystal Reports and Spotfire - including other data sources as required)
- Developing cross-reference reports between SAP data and SiteView data to ensure that both systems maintain compatibility and data consistency
- Working with the WellView group and IT support to ensure that systems communicate and any errors are identified and resolved in a timely fashion
- Developing SiteView Add-ins to provide additional functionality as required
